As a Managing Consultant, you take on a key role in our team by not only leading projects but also taking responsibility for your own team. You act strategically and operationally, contributing your hands-on expertise to client projects
- Leading projects focused on the analysis, design, and optimization of integrated supply chain management processes from planning to transportation
- Developing practical end-to-end solutions based on SAP SCM, S/4HANA, EWM, PP, and APO while ensuring seamless system integration
- Designing efficient logistics processes across procurement, production, warehousing, and distribution
- You assume (partial) project management responsibilities in transformation projects
- Enhancing methods and standards for the documentation, management, and integration of supply chain processes
- You excel with strong communication skills and methodological expertise
- Building and developing your own team based on trust, accountability, and professional excellence
- Supporting business development through innovative approaches, client engagement, and targeted market positioning
- You hold a degree in a technical or business-related field and have several years of experience in SAP consulting with a focus on Supply Chain Management.
- At least five years of experience leading and implementing SAP Supply Chain Management projects, ideally within the manufacturing or process industry
- In-depth knowledge of the modules EWM, MM, SD, PP, and PP/DS, as well as a strong understanding of related ERP processes
- Hands-on expertise in modeling and configuring integrated supply chain processes with SAP SCM
- Strong leadership qualities, communication skills, and entrepreneurial mindset
- Fluency in German and English and a willingness to travel up to approximately 60%
