Technology Consultant Support and SAP Supply Chain Management (m/f/d)

• You will be supporting large international customers by assigning, managing, solving, and documenting incidents from various platforms and IT applications (first level support)
• You will be an expert for technical implementations of SAP Supply Chain Management (SCM) solutions with ABAP and new technologies (UI5, ODATA Services, Hybrid System Landscape)
• You will work on challenging projects in different industries and benefit from direct communication channels to the operational management
• You will be part of our logistics team and will get to know the business processes in detail by working on projects with a focus on Integrated Business Planning (IBP) and Supply Chain Management (SCM) in the SAP environment
• When solving incidents you will analyze logs and other application information, search for solutions in a problem database, communicate with customers and other parties, prepare incident documentation and complete the problem database
• You will be using SQL, Azure (Kubernetes), frontend and/or backend SAP development languages, JIRA and diverse other tools and platforms
• You will train, guide, and advise associates on the incident management processes
• You will perform complex technical work to accomplish tasks and projects within a defined time frame

• You have completed your studies in the field of industrial engineering, business informatics, computer science or mathematics
• You have several years of experience in SAP development or in another programming language
• You have experience in application support and incident management
• Knowledge in SCM business processes or previous experience in the area would be a plus
• You have some practical experience with SQL, Azure (Kubernetes)
• You have some practical experience with Jira or similar incident management systems and the process of resolving incidents
• You are familiar with the DevOps philosophy and have been involved in a DevOps role
• You are interested in learning new technologies and business processes
• You can work independently and can be a mentor for less experienced colleagues
• You can manage your time properly and can fulfill SLAs and other timely requirements or deadlines
• You have a bulgarian work permission, speak English fluently, German is optional
