• You will be supporting large international customers by assigning, managing, solving, and documenting incidents from various platforms and IT applications (first level support)
• You will progress into an expert for technical implementation of SAP Supply Chain Management solutions with ABAP and new technologies (UI5, ODATA Services, Hybrid System Landscape)
• You will work on challenging projects in different industries and benefit from direct communication channels to the operational management
• You will be part of our logistics team and will get to know the business processes in detail by working on projects with a focus on Integrated Business Planning (IBP) and Supply Chain Management (SCM) in the SAP environment
• When solving incidents you will analyze logs and other application information, search for solutions in a problem database, communicate with customers and other parties, prepare incident documentation and complete the problem database
• You will get to know SQL, Azure (Kubernetes), frontend and/or backend SAP development languages, JIRA and diverse other tools and platforms
• You will get know ITSM and DevOps processes, as well as development and project management methodologies (e.g. Scrum)

• You have completed your studies in the field of industrial engineering, business informatics, computer science or mathematics and you have gained first practical experience, or you are in the last semester of your studies
• In addition to your IT affinity and interest in programming, you have excellent analytical skills and are able to understand complex process structures
• You have interest in learning about Supply Chain Management and its related business processes
• You would like to be part of the application management team and find a combination of SAP development and Application Management Services (AMS) support interesting
• Ideally, you already have initial experience with SAP or have knowledge of one or more programming languages
• You have a bulgarian work permission, speak English fluently, German is optional
